Beware, thar be spoilers!

Hey everyone! So yeah, I went to 9 with my new boyfriend (yes, I finally have a boyfriend), my little bro and his friend, and and his group ^__^ I thought it was really awesome! Could have been longer, but there was plenty of action and plenty of down time. The one part I didn't really understand was when 9 put the mechanism into the machine. It was kind of a "duh, this wasn't a good idea", but he was curious and that gets the best of us all, so that kind of added to the reality. Another thing is that I wish they had kept more to the original short. I'm guessing the two pieces had already been put together, but seeing as how that seemed a big point of the original short, I wish they had focused on it a little more. Also, about the romance between 7 and 9... come on, people. I had expected to see some huge lovey dovey stuff with all the talk about "the 7&9 romance was over done!", but no, I found a slight love interest. But really, his "love" seemed more like, admiration toward a strong person, and a bit of motherly affection from 7, who seemed to be the feminine part of the scientist. All men have a feminine part.

It was a good movie, but obviously made for people who liked dark scifi, and who had the IQ to handle the deeper meaning in some actions. I would go see it again, and I definitely want to get it on DVD.

Oh. Yeah. I got an ipod ^_^ not just any ipod... a green ipod nano! Holy mother of finally! I've been waiting a very long time to have the money to get one. I finally just gave up waiting and bought one on ebay. Of course, with my lucky, as soon as I buy this one, a newsletter from apple comes saying that a new ipod with video recording has come out. My thought is, "I have a phone with a camera, and it's easy enough to put files from one to the other" so I don't really need it. So yeah, I'm happy ^___^ it was easy enough to figure out.
